Preparation & Usage
All You Need: ⅔ cup oil ¼ cup water 2 eggs Substitutions Eggs: 3 egg whites Or Use ½ cup egg substitute for the eggs Baking Instructions 1. Set oven to 350°F for metal or glass pan. For dark-coated pan, set oven to 325°F. Coat bottom of pan with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Beat water, oil and egg in a medium bowl until fully blended. Add brownie mix and stir until blended, about 50 strokes. 3. Bake at 350° F for metal or glass pan and 325° F for dark coated pan. Bake as directed in chart below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store loosely covered. Thick: Pan Size:13 x 9-inch; Bake Time: 28 tp 31 min. Thicker: Pan Size:9 x 9-inch; Bake Time: 30 tp 35 min. Thickest Pan Size:8 x 8-inch; Bake Time: 45 tp 50 min. Double batch: coat bottom of 15x10-inch pan. Combine 2 packages brownie mix, 1½ cups oil, ½ cup water and 4 eggs; mix as directed above. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 37 minutes. Warning: Do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying. Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted.
