Baked Clam Dip

Ingredients
1 can minced clams
1 can chopped clams
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp oregano (finely chopped)
2 tsp basil (finely chopped)
4 oz Mozzarella cheese, diced/cubed
3 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft.
- Mix breadcrumbs, lemon juice, oregano, basil, and cheese in a medium bowl.
- Add onion/garlic mixture to breadcrumb mixture and stir to combine. Add in clams and juice from one can of clams (drain the other), and combine well.
- Bake in buttered casserole dish for 20 minutes.
