1 medium jicama, julienned
1/2 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
1/4 c fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. 
  2. Season with salt and ground pepper, tossing gently to combine

Serve chilled.
