Ingredients
1 lb skirt steak
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tsp soy sauce
2.5 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients (aside from steak) in a ziploc bag.  Add skirt steak, shake to combine (coating well), and marinated refrigerated (at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight).
  2. Heat a nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium heat.  Place the skirt steak, cooking 3 minutes per side for medium rare.
  3. Let steak rest on a cutting board for at least 10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
