Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Ingredients
1 can Pumpkin Purée
1 3⁄4 cup Flour
1 Egg
1⁄2 cup MALK Almond Milk
1⁄3 cup Olive Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1⁄2 cup Date Sugar
1 1⁄2 tsp Baking Powder
1⁄2 tsp Baking Soda
1⁄4 tsp Sea Salt
Melted Chocolate
Chopped Pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Add the pumpkin puree into a large bowl with the egg, olive oil, vanilla extract, almond milk, and date sugar. Whisk until combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and mix again until the dry ingredients are incorporated into the wet ingredients.
- Add the pumpkin donut dough to your donut mold tin and bake at 350F for about 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack and then dip in the melted chocolate.
- Top with chopped pecans for a nice crunch. Enjoy!
