Everything Bagel Cheese Crisps

Ingredients
1 c Boar's Head Parmigiano Reggiano, freshly grated
3 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning
1 container Boar's Head Everything Bagel Hummus
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place 2 Tbsp of cheese on the baking sheet to form a circle. Repeat with remaining cheese, keeping each mound about 2" apart.
- Bake for 3 minutes. Just as the cheese begins to melt, remove from the oven and sprinkle each cheese mound with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is golden and crisp.
- Allow to cool, then serve with Everything Bagel Hummus for dipping.
