Baked Gluten Free Asparagus Fries

Ingredients
1 large brown egg
1/2 c cornstarch
1/2 c Full Circle Market Almond Flour
1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
Lemon (sliced in wedges), for garnish
Fresh dill sprigs (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Whisk egg in a shallow bowl.
- Add cornstarch, flour and salt (to taste) in a secon shallow bowl.
- Dip asparagus in egg, then in flour mixture to coat. Place on parchment-lined baking pan sprayed with gluten free cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes, or until crisp.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and dill. Serve with your favorite gluten free dip, if desired.
