Preparation & Usage

Trim to fit Directions: 1. Select shoe size on bottom of insole: M = men, L = ladies, B = boys, G = girls. 2. Trim insoles along guidelines with sharp scissors. 3. Place into shoe with cloth side up. Avoid contact with mouth. Wash hands after use.
