Our pancake and waffle mixes are ground by master millers who hand select the best grains. This old fashioned process results in a superior product you can not only taste, but see in the palm of your hand.
Preparation & Usage
Pancakes Preheat greased griddle to 375° - 400°. Whisk eggs and oil*, gradually add water and mix. Let mix sit while griddle is heating. Pour and cook until puffed and full of bubbles, about 1 minute each side. Serve hot. Waffles Whisk eggs and oil*, gradually add water and mix. Let mix sit while greased waffle iron is heating. Pour and cook until golden in color and crispy. Serve hot. For thinner pancakes add more water, for thicker add more mix. For low fat recipe add 2 tbsp of low fat yogurt in place of egg and oil.
