Preparation & Usage

How Italians Cook Their Pasta: Bring a pot of 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add desired amount of dry pasta to the boiling water. (For the best texture, do not add pasta before water is at full boil.) For al dente pasta, cook for 14-16 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once cooked to desired texture, drain and serve with your favorite sauce of recipe.
