As we would be waving good-bye, he'd already have his hand in the box. This mix helps recapture that "can't-wait-to-chow-down" spirit. Fry up your favorite chicken parts with it. It's good and light! Preparation & Usage
Directions 1. Rinse chicken with cold water, then shake to remove excess. For a thicker coating, dip chicken in egg wash (1 egg mixed with 1/4 cup water) before rolling in chicken fry mix. 2. Roll chicken in chicken fry mix or shake chicken in a bag containing chicken fry mix until evenly coated. 3. Fry at 375°F until done.
