Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 c Ranch dressing
1/2 c hot sauce
1 lb Boar's Head Blazing Buffalo Style Roasted Chicken Breast, shredded
1.5 c Boar's Head Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
1.5 c Boar's Head Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 c green onion, chopped
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and coat a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce.  Stir until the cream cheese has melted to a thick consistency.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in the shredded chicke and cheese until combined.  Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and garnish with green onions.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and started to bubble.
  5. Swith the oven to broil, until the cheese is still soft, but golden brown.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.
