Dark Chocolate Hummus Bites

1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus
2 c almond flour
Sprinkles, for coating
crushed pretzels, for coating
Milk chocolate, melted, for drizzling
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside
- Add peanut butter and dark chocolate hummus to a bowl, and fold to combine. Gradually add in almond flour until dough begins to form.
- Using a small scoop, form the dough into 1" round ball, then roll into toppings as desired.
- Place the hummus bites on the lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes until hardened. Store in an airtight container.
