Ingredients
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus
2 c almond flour
Sprinkles, for coating
crushed pretzels, for coating
Milk chocolate, melted, for drizzling
Directions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside
  2. Add peanut butter and dark chocolate hummus to a bowl, and fold to combine.  Gradually add in almond flour until dough begins to form.
  3. Using a small scoop, form the dough into 1" round ball, then roll into toppings as desired.
  4. Place the hummus bites on the lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes until hardened.  Store in an airtight container.
