5 Tbsp pesto
3/4 c water
1 package Top Ramen (discard seasoning packet)
freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Directions
  1. In a medium pot, stir together 2 tbsp pesto and water. Add ramen block to pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Cook until noodles are al dente and liquid is reduced and silky, no more than 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in remaining 3 tbsp of pesto until combined.
  4. Top with parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
