5 large red skinned potatoes, wedged
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 c Boar's Head Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2 c Boar's Head Tzatziki Greek Yogurt Dip
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Place potato wedges o a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the potatoes until evenly coated in oil and seasoning. Once coated, spread the potatoes out evenly on the sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway. Bake until golden brown.
- Arrange the wedges on a serving plate and sprinkle with feta and dollops of tzatziki.
